Clinitouch is an app that connects you with your healthcare team, allowing them to monitor your health while you’re at home and helping you to manage your health with more confidence.
You will be set up on Clinitouch by your healthcare team and given a tablet device to take home with you. Your healthcare team will provide you with your username and PIN - enter these to begin using the app.
